Witnessed Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
You retain rights to content you add. You grant us a license to store and display it to operate the app and the social features you choose to use.
Witnessed is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the National Football League (NFL), National Basketball Association (NBA), Major League Baseball (MLB), National Hockey League (NHL), Major League Soccer (MLS), the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), any conference, any team, any athlete, or any broadcaster or data provider. All team names, league names, and other marks referenced in the app are the property of their respective owners and are used only nominatively, for identification and informational purposes, to describe publicly reported sporting events. Witnessed does not display team or league logos or athlete photographs.
Game results, schedules, rosters, player names, and statistics are publicly reported facts about real sporting events. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes, may be sourced from third parties, and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Witnessed makes no representation that such data is complete, accurate, or current, and nothing in the app is an official record of any league, team, or player.
Some content (including "Deep Cuts," discoveries, and narrative insights) is generated automatically from public game data and is provided for entertainment only. It may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as fact, and it does not represent the views of, or any statement by, any athlete, team, or league.
We respect intellectual-property and publicity rights. If you believe content in Witnessed infringes your rights, or if you are an athlete, team, league, or rights-holder and wish to have a reference to you removed, email support@bluebrook.co with details and we will review and act promptly.
Witnessed is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluebrook Co. LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any data or AI-generated content within it.
