Witnessed ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Bluebrook Co. LLC, lets sports fans log the games
they've attended and explore insights about their fan history. This policy explains what we
collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account info — email, display name, and password (stored securely, hashed).
- Your activity — the games, teams, players, and venues you log, plus optional
notes and photos you add to an event, and the home ZIP/region you provide.
- Location — with your permission, we use your device's location while
you're using the app to notice when you're at a stadium and offer to log that game. We never
access your location in the background. Your home ZIP/region (if you provide it) helps suggest
nearby games and travel stats.
- Subscription status — managed through Apple and our payments provider
(RevenueCat). We never see or store your card details.
- Device & usage data — a push-notification token (so we can send alerts
you opt into), plus basic diagnostics and analytics to keep the app working and improve features.
How we use it
- To provide your fan record, stats, and personalized insights ("Deep Cuts").
- To operate social features you opt into (following other fans, sharing cards).
- To manage subscriptions and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that
run the app (e.g. hosting, database, payments, and AI insight generation) under agreements that
protect your data, or where required by law.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your logged events at any time, and you can request deletion of your
account and associated data by contacting us at
support@bluebrook.co.
Data retention & security
We retain your data while your account is active and use industry-standard safeguards to
protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your
information.
Children
Witnessed is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
